Our weight bench seat adjusts to 6 different positions- Decline, Flat, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degrees as well as 2 seat positions for incline and flat angles. The adjustable workout bench also has a removable leg bar for decline dumbbell and abdominal training.     THE best investment. So happy with this purchase. Stable…doesn’t rock like my other bench I can use some pretty big weights without worry.

    I already own a great quality bench from a different brand, but I was looking for one particular "feature" and this one had it so I ordered it. I was blown away by the difference! This bench is S. O. L. I. D! I especially like that when you lower the back, it stays locked in tight and there is absolutely no wiggling. The front leg piece can be left on or taken off and the seat sits out a bit further than most benches allowing you to work from a seated position with your back completely off the bench. I also love that this back has a completely straight up position. After using it several times, I have discovered so many better features than what I had in my other bench. Totally worth it!
