  1. Eligibility
    1. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    2. Employees of Core Home Fitness and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
    3. The giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

    1. The giveaway is sponsored by Core Home Fitness, LLC, located at 365 McClurg Road Youngs Town Ohio 44512
  3. Agreement to Rules
    1. By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Core Home Fitness as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
  4. Campaign Period
    1. Entries will be accepted online at https://corehomefitness.webplayer.fit/ or by downloading the TRANSFORM_ App from the App Store or Google Play, starting on November 1, 2024, and ending on December 31, 2024. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM on December 31, 2024.
  5. How to Enter
    1. The giveaway can only be won by active paid subscribers of the TRANSFORM_ App and downloading the app from either the App Store, WEB App or Google Play. Participants must fill out all required fields in the subscription form provided at https://corehomefitness.webplayer.fit/ and by downloading the TRANSFORM_ App from the App Store or Google Play, which includes confirming the download and activation of the TRANSFORM App free trial.
    2. The free trial is at no cost, and participants can cancel at any time before the end of the 14-day trial period. Entry into the giveaway is contingent upon completion of the trial subscription form and download of the app.
    3. Entries that are incomplete, fail to adhere to the rules or specifications, or do not confirm the download and activation of the free trial may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Core Home Fitness.
    4. You may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same user will be disqualified, unless otherwise offered by Core Home Fitness.
    5. Entries will be considered only if the participant has signed up for and activated the 14-day free trial and downloaded the TRANSFORM_ App from the App Store or Google Play. Any fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating your entries.
  6. Prizes
    1. The Winner(s) of the campaign (subject to verification) will receive:
      1. One (1) grand prize of $10,000 USD.
      2. One of Two (2) secondary prizes consisting of either a Boxing Gym Package (Fightmaster X and Boxing Gloves) or a Strength Gym Package (Adjustable Dumbbells and Glute Drive+). The Winner will choose one of the two secondary prizes.
    2. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Core Home Fitness.
    3. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Core Home Fitnessā€™s discretion.
    4. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
  7. Odds
    1. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  8. Winner Selection and Notification
    1. Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Core Home Fitness.
    2. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Core Home Fitness shall have no liability for Winnerā€™s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winnerā€™s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
    3. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
  9. Rights Granted by You
    1. By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Core Home Fitness, anyone acting on behalf of Core Home Fitness, and Core Home Fitnessā€™s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
  10. Terms & Conditions
    1. Core Home Fitness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Core Home Fitnessā€™s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the campaign.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    1. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Core Home Fitness and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrantā€™s participation in the campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
  12. Social Media Sharing Requirement
    1. By entering this giveaway, you agree that if you are chosen as a winner, you will post about your winning on your personal social media channels. This post should include a mention of the prize received, your experience with the giveaway, and must tag Core Home Fitnessā€™s official social media accounts.
    2. This post must be made within one week of receiving the prize and should comply with the social media platformā€™s policies and guidelines.
    3. By sharing your winning post, you help promote the visibility of the TRANSFORM app and contribute to the community spirit of the giveaway. Your participation assists in spreading the word about the benefits and enjoyment of using the TRANSFORM app and its related products.
