Multi-Adjustable Bench UB200

The bench is good and sturdy. Took only around 15 minutes to get fully set up. It’s very simple to use and doesn’t require much more than a few fingers to get anything adjusted on it. The cushions are of good quality; soft but don’t have that feel that they’ll just wear down in no time. Have only done a few workouts on it as of now but so far I’m pleased. Would recommend!

I am an avid gym goer and have been for more than 25 years. I have always been a member of a local gym but, two months ago, built a gym in my garage. Based on research , I bought this bench and the adjustable dumbbells. This is my only bench so it gets used nearly every day. It is well built and works good. It is solid with steel framing. It does have a little bit of movement but has not hindered my workouts. As reference , I use often for flat and incline bench, shoulder press, etc. Adjust easily but the little plastic cap falls off often when adjusting up and down. It does not affect the integrity of the bench. Just annoying. All in all, I am happy with the bench.
